Packaging
To reduce waste and protect the environment, we may consolidate multiple items into one package. Orders with more than 5 items may require slightly longer processing times.
Restrictions
Ensure your shipping address includes specific details (e.g., unit, street, or building number). We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information, such as name, address, or zip code. In some countries, including U.S. island territories, you may need to pick up your package at a local post office, and delivery may take longer than estimated. Thank you for your understanding.
Customs Duties
Shipments are delivered duty unpaid. Any customs or import duties are the customer’s responsibility upon the package reaching its destination country, particularly for Express shipping. Customers are liable for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees if a package is refused due to duties or taxes. Per customs regulations, we cannot declare items as gifts or list a value lower than the actual product price.
Additional Information
- Express Shipping: Not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or non-continental European islands/territories. Express shipments are more likely to incur customs duties.
- Processing Time: Shipping times exclude a 1–5 business day processing period. Pre-order items may have longer wait times due to manufacturer schedules.

- Delivery Efforts: We strive to deliver your package promptly, but delays may occur due to invalid addresses or customs clearance.
- Warehouse Locations: We operate multiple global warehouses, but stock availability may prevent shipping from the nearest location, so delivery times may vary.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once the order is with the logistics company, cancellations are no longer possible.
FAQ: What should I do if my order is returned?
- Customer Responsibility (e.g., incorrect address, package refusal): We are not liable for these issues. You will receive store credit for the order amount, minus the actual shipping cost paid to the logistics company (not the shipping fee paid at checkout).
- LunandBag Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we will issue a full refund (excluding insurance fees) or resend the undelivered products.
