Domestic Returns

 

We accept returns of unused and unworn products purchased online at Lunandbag.com or in a Lunandbag store within 30 days of shipment. Please note:

 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Monogrammed items and products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift items accompanied by a receipt or original gift purchaser information may be returned for Lunandbag credit.

For orders placed through third-party retailers (e.g., Nordstrom, The Container Store), please refer to their respective return policies.

 

In-Store Returns

 

Lunandbag accepts in-store returns for online orders at no additional cost. Please bring your order number when returning items to a Lunandbag store.

 

International Returns

 

We accept international returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment. Note that Lunandbag does not provide prepaid international return labels. Additional details:

 

  • Original shipping fees, duties, and VAT are non-refundable.
  • Monogrammed items and products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
  • Gift items with a receipt or original gift purchaser information may be returned for Lunandbag credit.

 

To start an international return, contact support@lunandbag.com or submit a request via returns.lunandbag.com.

 

Refund Process

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. Worn or damaged items may be returned to the customer.

 

If approved, you may choose one of the following refund options:

 

  • Lunandbag Credit: Receive the full refund amount as Lunandbag credit, with return shipping covered by Lunandbag. This credit never expires.
  • Original Payment Method: Receive a refund to your original payment method, less an $8 fee for return shipping and administration (domestic returns only; international returns may incur additional costs).

 

Please allow time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
